If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. Please note all parcels must be sent back using Recorded Delivery. Refunds are issued within 10 working days of us receiving the goods with notification confirmed via the post or E-mail. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, tampered with or for reasons we deem unsatisfactory, such as a change of mind. Refund's will be liable to a adminisration charge 15% of the value of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
