Clothing Personalisation Guide

At Football Crazy we can personalise your shirts, shorts and training gear with official Premiership or vinyl numbers, names, team logos and sponsor logos.

Below are the options you have available when you order your personalisation online. If there is anything else you require that is not covered online, please contact us for a quote.

Personalisation by Post

If you already have clothing you'd like to personalise, you can send it to us by post for personalisation. Please contact us for full details of this service.

Shirt, Jacket or Top Number

We will place your number on the back centre of your item. You have a choice of two types of number:

Official Premiership numbers are made of felt and are either white with black trim, or black with white trim, to suit your item. Each digit includes the official Premier League logo.

Vinyl numbers are cut specially for your item and you have a choice of font styles and colours. You can also use a font style of your own if you email us the TTF font file for the font you require.

Please note that we do not stock any official numbers other than the official Premiership numbers.

If you are ordering a replica shirt of a team that is not in the Premiership, please select the "Use the correct vinyl numbers for my replica shirt" option and we will use the colour and font that is correct for the team.

Shirt, Jacket or Top Name

We will place your name, in uppercase, on the back centre of your item. You have a choice of two types of lettering:

Official Premiership letters are made of felt and are either white with black trim, or black with white trim, to suit your item.

Vinyl letters are cut specially for your item and you have a choice of font styles and colours. You can also use a font style of your own if you email us the TTF font file for the font you require.

You can have one team logo, one sponsor's logo, or both applied to your shirt, jacket or top. There is a choice of logo types and your choice will determine the cost of your logos:

Single colour textual logos are cut from a single colour vinyl. Your design must be a very simple text-only design which does not include any graphics. If you select this option you won't be charged a setup fee.

Single colour graphical logos are cut from a single colour vinyl. Your design must be single colour and can include any graphical elements required.

Multi colour logos are cut from two or more vinyl colours, or for full colour logos we may print the logo onto white vinyl, depending on the nature of the design.

Because it will take us some time to convert your single colour graphical or multi-colour logo(s) into the format required for cutting the vinyl, you will be charged a setup fee of £25. The setup fee is charged once per online order, and assumes that your logo(s) are the same for all items in your order. If this is not the case, we may contact you to request an additional setup charge to cover the extra time required to format your logos.

Please note that if you have ordered the same logo(s) from us before, and we have your logo(s) on file, we will refund the setup charge.

After you have completed your order, please email us your logo(s). A vector format file such as WMF is preferable, but high resolution bitmap formats such as BMP, GIF and JPG will also be acceptable. You can also send us text or line drawings created in Coral Draw, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Publisher.

We will place your number on the front of your item in the position you choose (left or right leg).
