Bag Personalisation Guide

We are able to put text and logos on most bags.

Below are the options you have available when you order your personalisation online. If there is anything else you require that is not covered online, please contact us for a quote.

Bag Text

We will place the text you specify on one or more sides of your item. The text may be placed on multiple lines, but will be centred and sized to fit into a 7" x 2" area. If you are ordering a team logo for your item as well, the text will be placed below it.

The text is cut from vinyl specially for your item and you have a choice of font styles and colours. You can also use a font style of your own if you email us the TTF font file for the font you require.

Bag Logo

You can have one team logo applied to one or more sides of your item. There is a choice of logo types and your choice will determine the cost of your logo:

Single colour textual logos are cut from a single colour vinyl. Your design must be a very simple text-only design which does not include any graphics. If you select this option you won't be charged a setup fee.

Single colour graphical logos are cut from a single colour vinyl. Your design must be single colour and can include any graphical elements required.

Multi colour logos are cut from two or more vinyl colours, or for full colour logos we may print the logo onto white vinyl, depending on the nature of the design.

Because it will take us some time to convert your single colour graphical or multi-colour logo into the format required for cutting the vinyl, you will be charged a setup fee of £25. The setup fee is charged once per online order, and assumes that your logo is the same for all items in your order. If this is not the case, we may contact you to request an additional setup charge to cover the extra time required to format your logos.

Please note that if you have ordered the same logo from us before, and we have your logo on file, we will refund the setup charge.

After you have completed your order, please email us your logo. A vector format file such as WMF is preferable, but high resolution bitmap formats such as BMP, GIF and JPG will also be acceptable. You can also send us text or line drawings created in Coral Draw, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Publisher.
