You can order from us online, or call our Freefone Order Line on 0800 083 1449, quoting 'footballnet'. We currently only ship online orders within the UK. Online OrderingHere's how you use our online ordering system: Find the products you want using the Sports Shop menus and/or the Find it Fast feature on the left of the screen. To find out more about a product, click the 'More info' button. You will see a full description of the product and a larger photograph of it, which can be enlarged again by clicking on it. To purchase a product, you must add it to your 'Shopping Cart'. Many products are available in more than one size and colour, so you may see drop-down lists showing all the size and colour options available. Select the size and/or colour you require (chest, waist, height and inside leg sizes are given in inches), then enter the number of items you require in the quantity box. Click the 'Add to cart' button to add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart. You will then be presented with a list of the items in your Shopping Cart, along with the total cost of the items. If you want to purchase further products, just use the menus as before to find them and add them to the Shopping Cart. At any time, you can click the 'View cart' button in the top right corner of the screen to view the contents of your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to place your order, you then need to give us your contact details and credit/debit card details. If you have ordered from us before, enter your email address and password to login to your account. If you are a new customer, click on 'click here' to create a new account. You will then be asked to fill in your contact and delivery details, and choose a password so that you can login to your Football Crazy UK account in the future. You will then be presented with a summary of your contact details and given the opportunity to edit them if they are wrong. Click 'Continue' to be transferred to the Protx website where you will enter your credit or debit card details. Protx are our secure payment provider and as such use a secure server to process our transactions. Football Crazy UK does not see your credit or debit card information, nor do we or Protx keep a permanent record of your credit or debit card number.
