Loyalty Card Discount Terms

  1. Holders of a valid Football Crazy UK Loyalty Card are entitled to the following discounts:
     
    • A 15% discount on all footwear priced over £60.
    • A 10% discount on all other products priced over £10.
       
  2. Football Crazy UK Loyalty Cards are valid for one year from the issue date printed on the accompanying letter.
  3. oyalty Card discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, i.e. a Loyalty Card discount will not be applied to a product if another discount has already been applied to that product.  Loyalty Card discounts are always evaluated on a per product basis.
  4. Loyalty Card discounts will not be applied to the personalisation, setup charge, or shipping elements of an order.

Promotion Discount Terms

  1. Holders of a valid Football Crazy UK promotion code are entitled to a discount on all products in their shopping cart.  The discount percentage is determined by the particular promotion code - please see the documentation or voucher accompanying the promotion code for full details of the promotion.
  2. Promotion codes are only valid between their start and end dates, which will be specified in the documentation or voucher accompanying the promotion code.
  3. To claim a Promotion discount, you must enter the Promotion Code into the box in the 'Your discounts and offers' panel on the shopping cart page.  The Promotion discount will be applied automatically by the shopping cart if the promotion code is valid.
  4. Promotion discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, i.e. a Promotion discount will not be applied to a product if another discount has already been applied to that product.  Promotion discounts are always evaluated on a per product basis.

Free Personalisation Offer Terms

  1. Place an order of £100 or more of prizes & awards (trophies, medals etc.) and we will personalise each item for free, subject to the restrictions below.
  2. Place an order of £350 or more and we will personalise any personalisable items that you have ordered for free, subject to the restrictions below.
     
    • Shirts, jackets and tops: Free number and single colour textual sponsor logo only.
    • Shorts: Excluded from this offer.
    • Trousers: Free number only.
    • Trophies, plaques, shields, medals and spoons: Free engraving, up to 25 characters free, 8p per character thereafter)
    • Cups, glassware and silverwear: Excluded from this offer.
    • Bags: Single colour textual logo only, on one side only, additional sides charged at normal rates).
    • Boots: Single colour name and number only.
       
  3. Only vinyl numbers or names in our standard styles & colours qualify for this offer (i.e. Premiership lettering and numbering does not qualify for this offer).

Discounted Boot Voucher Terms

  1. For each kit (i.e. shirts and shorts) ordered, we will send with your order one voucher entitling you to a 15% discount on a pair of football boots priced over £25, i.e. if you order 15 kits, you will receive 15 vouchers.
  2. The voucher(s) may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  3. The voucher(s) may only be redeemed at our shop or when placing a telephone order.
  4. The voucher(s) must be redeemed within 3 months of the issue date printed on them.

Free Cruise Voucher - Cruise & Dine Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to Cruise and Dine on a Brittany Ferries cruise to St. Malo, using consecutive sailings.
  2. A minimum of two and a maximum of four persons may travel on any scheduled departure, excluding Friday overnight crossings.
  3. Each passenger will be provided with a berth in a four-berth cabin, a complimentary continental breakfast prior to arrival in France and a four course meal in the ships main restaurant during the return voyage.
  4. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.
  5. The return portion of any special offer ticket will only be validated providing the corresponding outward coupon has been processed.
  6. All bookings are subject to promotional availability and to Brittany Ferries Yield Management controls. Brittany Ferries full terms and conditions apply.
  7. Bookings inclusive of one night on board ship will be subject to a port charge of £19.50 per person. Where travel involves two nights on board ship a port charge of £24.50 will apply. Port charges are payable at the time of booking and are non refundable. Additionally, during the two night cruise a car not exceeding 5 metres in length and 1.83 metres high can be taken for a nominal fee of £25.00. No amendments are permitted.
  8. All bookings are based on 4 persons sharing a four berth cabin. Where two persons require sole use of a cabin, subject to availability, a supplement of £25.00 per person will apply.
  9. Subject to release and availability, persons requesting to book cabins with a porthole will be charged a supplement of £10.00 per cabin.
  10. All passengers must have Personal Travel Insurance. Brittany Ferries Personal Insurance will be arranged and charged for unless details of alternative cover of an equal level are provided at time of booking. You may be required to produce your details of cover at check-in.
  11. All details and prices are correct at time of writing but may be subject to change without notice. Costs will only be confirmed at time of booking.

Free Cruise Voucher - French Vacation Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to a return ferry crossing to France providing a maximum stay of 4 days (96 hours duration) in France.
  2. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 persons may travel on any scheduled departure, excluding all Friday overnight crossings and all sailings Friday to Sunday inclusive between the period 1st June to 31st August.
  3. All bookings are subject to a non refundable port charge of £15.00 per person payable at the time of booking. No amendments are permitted and tickets will be issued at port of departure. Commodore Class Suites cannot be booked in conjunction with this offer.
  4. All bookings must be made within 30 days of the intended date of departure from the UK and no bookings will be accepted less than 24 hours in advance.
  5. Passengers may take their own car up to 5 metres in length and 1.83 metres in height at no additional charge. Vehicles exceeding the specified dimensions will be charged the applicable supplements.
  6. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.
  7. The return portion of any special offer ticket will only be validated providing the corresponding outward coupon has been processed.
  8. All Fastcraft departures are subject to supplements detailed at the time of booking.

Free Cruise Voucher - Cruise to Spain Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to a return cruise to Santander aboard a scheduled Brittany Ferries departure. All departures, other than those which include an optional extended stay, will be on consecutive sailings i.e. Return departure day identical to that of arrival. Cabin accommodation with en suite facilities is provided.
  2. Extended Stay options are subject to availability and schedules at the time of booking and are only available in conjunction with hotel accommodation booked through and allocated by Brittany Ferries. Hotel accommodation charges are based on 2 persons sharing a twin or double room including breakfast and transfer to the hotel only. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non refundable.
